Central London Hotel Job: Customer Service and Hospitality Ambassador

Imperial London Hotels Limited is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Hospitality Ambassador in Central London. As a Day Porter, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to our guests, assisting with luggage and personal belongings, and attending to their needs.

As a Customer Service and Hospitality Ambassador, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, working closely with our front-of-house team to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a great first impression for all guests.
  • Assist with luggage and personal belongings, and attend to guests' needs.
  • Conduct regular safety checks and audits, ensuring the safety and security of our guests and team.
  • Be knowledgeable on hotel facilities and company emergency and evacuation procedures.

Requirements:
  • You must be at least 18 years old to apply for this role.
  • 1 year of customer service experience is beneficial.
  • A good level of spoken English is required, with other languages being an advantage.
  • A genuine interest in providing excellent service for our guests.
  • A confident and engaging personality who can build rapport quickly.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
