Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive an annual salary of £34,505, paid over 40 hours per week with shifts between 7am – 7pm, Monday – Friday.

Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As a Customer Service Ambassador, you'll be the face of our company, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for our guests.

You'll roam the lobby, anticipating occupiers' needs, utilising your many skills to adapt to various situations, and multitasking like a pro.

This is a dynamic role that requires someone who is passionate about serving others, proactive, and able to think on their feet.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior experience in a 5* customer service environment, retail, hospitality, or ex-cabin crew preferred but not essential.
