Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team at Macildowie Recruitment and Retention. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement CRM software to optimize efficiency and performance.
  • Monitor and support Google Analytics, AdWords, Tag Manager, and search console, ensuring accurate data insights.
  • Liaise with PPC agencies to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
  • Drive B2B and B2C acquisition strategies through data analysis and campaign reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to provide actionable insights for marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze complex data from various sources to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) with experience in e-commerce.
  • Strong working knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Data Studio, Power BI, and CRO tools.
  • Experience managing CRM platforms like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Pipedrive.
  • Experience with automated marketing tools such as Pardot, Marketing Cloud, or Mailchimp.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and present insights clearly to various audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, results-driven attitude.
