About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Educational Support Worker to join our team at a specialist school in Oldham. As a key member of the support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success and well-being of students with complex needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development, experience working with children with emotional and behavioral difficulties, and a proven ability to create a safe and supportive learning environment.

This position involves working closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to develop and implement individualized behavior plans, promoting positive behavior and academic achievement.

Responsibilities
