Senior HR Business Partner

A global law firm is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join their team. The successful candidate will lead projects within the team and wider HR projects, carrying out and leading on cyclical HR projects and tasks. They will work in conjunction with the global HR team to ensure best practice and manage relevant processes and resources, including budget management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the business and be able to develop optimum solutions, ensuring a joined-up approach to Business Services and Fee Earning. They will be responsible for quality output of work, including signing off letters and documentation, and will be interested in and upskilled in external HR thought leadership.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave. It's a great opportunity for a HR Business Partner looking to step up into a more senior and strategic role in a great firm and team.
