Senior HRBP Role

An innovative online savings platform is seeking a Senior HRBP to join its team. As a key member of the People function, you will partner with senior leaders to drive business outcomes and develop a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic partner to the business unit, working closely with senior leaders to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Coach and support managers on employee relations, helping to resolve issues in a way that mitigates risk and aligns with company culture.
  • Partner with the People senior management team to roll out core People initiatives, ensuring consistent implementation and alignment across the organisation.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on HR best practices, driving a high-performance culture across the team and the business unit.
  • Proven experience in HR Business Partnering within a Tech space.
  • Expertise in compensation and benefits, with a deep understanding of market trends and benchmarking.
  • Strong people leadership and development skills, with experience managing HR professionals.
  • Excellent employee relations, coaching, and performance management capabilities.
  • Strong data-driven mindset, with experience using HR analytics to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices, with the ability to apply this to a growing, innovative company.
