Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit?


Als Brand Performance Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor de optimalisatie van de merkperformance van onze klanten. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten als het gaat om hun fysieke merkdragers en zorgt voor een succesvolle merkbeleving in en rondom gebouwen, op voertuigen etc. Je werkt samen met de Project Manager die inhoudelijk klantverantwoordelijk is en de Business Director die commercieel verantwoordelijk is.



Wat zijn jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden?



  • Aannemen, controleren, registreren en afhandelen van aanvragen, opdrachten en bestellingen van fysieke merkdragers van onze klanten.
  • Het oplossen van schades en storingen en plannen, coördineren en afhandelen van onderhoudswerkzaamheden, middels werkorders en opleverdocumenten.
  • Bijhouden en verwerken van de administratie en facturatie van leveranciers en naar klanten.
  • Bewaken van de overeengekomen responsetijden en servicelevels.
  • Aansturen van leveranciers.
  • Schrijven en opvolgen van offertes en het opstellen van planningen.
  • Afroepen van producten (bijbestellingen) en bewaken van tijdige levering van producten en voorraadbeheer.
  • Initiëren en testen van nieuwe of gewijzigde systeemfunctionaliteit in BrandBase: de software die je gebruikt voor het beheer en onderhoud van merkdragers.
  • Opstellen van rapportages en overzichten in BrandBase, Word, Excel en PowerPoint.


Wie ben jij?



  • Je hebt een afgeronde MBO+ opleiding.
  • Je hebt tenminste drie jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend in woord en schrift (Duits is een pre).
  • Je hebt affiniteit met merken, logistiek en techniek.
  • Je hebt een goede beheersing van MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Je bent assertief, accuraat, gestructureerd, resultaatgericht en pragmatisch.
  • Je werkt goed zelfstandig en in teamverband en bent proactief.
  • Je denkt probleemoplossend en je kunt omgaan met de dagelijkse dynamiek van het werken voor diverse klanten tegelijkertijd.
  • Je hebt commerciële affiniteit en een ondernemende geest.
  • Je bent sociaal en hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
