Brand Design Specialist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies that drive business growth and innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Design and implement brand strategy across the UK, US, and global markets
* Develop and execute a comprehensive brand marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values
* Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment
* Oversee all marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, content creation, public relations, and social media to enhance brand visibility
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the brand remains competitive and innovative
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to ensure consistent brand representation
* Partner with the Insights team to generate key insights that inform global brand strategy development
* Develop and manage the brand marketing budget effectively

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification required
* Extensive experience working across various categories, including managing major brands with complex distribution channels
* Demonstrated ability to lead multiple large-scale international campaigns with both strategic and commercial outcomes is essential
* Proven experience of end-to-end creation of large scale, global assets for iconic brands in FMCG or Retail
* Excellent understanding of brand strategy and positioning
* Experience in managing the iterative creative development process for a DTC company
* Excellent communication skills to drive a culture of high performance
