Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in providing insightful financial analysis to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial analysis and trend analysis to inform business decisions
  • Communication of complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders
  • Monitoring and preparing budgets and statutory returns
  • Process review and improvement

Requirements:

  • Part-Qualified (or equivalent experience) with experience in a Management Accountant, Finance Business Partner, or Financial Analyst capacity
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Advanced systems and Excel skills
  • Experience in the not-for-profit sector or business partnering non-finance colleagues

What We Offer:

  • Starting salary £35,000 - £37,000
  • Excellent benefits package, including an enhanced local government pension scheme

  • Hybrid working arrangement, with circa 1 day a week onsite
