Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator Coordinator to join our team at TMR Group Ltd. As a Sales Administrator Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Process customer quotations and raise purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Organize and prioritize field engineer workloads to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Manage key customer accounts and their requirements, building strong relationships and driving sales growth
  • Raise and process sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment
  • Track customer shipments and update portals to ensure seamless communication and resolution

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a busy and fast-paced role with multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Knowledge and/or background in import/export of goods overseas, with a strong understanding of global trade regulations
  • Willingness to work on-site 5 days a week, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
