About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end order process, including inputting orders onto our in-house system, handling customer queries via email and phone, and providing updates on deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal with invoices and price escalations
  • Communicate with suppliers and factories
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in a sales support role
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Experience using CRM or ERP systems
