We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service and Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a medium-sized team across multiple sites, ensuring a consistent, harmonious, 'one team' group approach to customer satisfaction.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and operations, with a proven track record of implementing best practices and driving operational excellence. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, as well as leading and motivating a team of customer service professionals.
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has a strong understanding of operational processes, and is able to lead and motivate a team to achieve outstanding results.
