Operations Director - Workplace Services

Bellrock Group is seeking an innovative Operations Director to drive our mission forward. With a reputation for delivering tailored solutions that streamline operations and enhance performance, we're looking for a visionary to lead our team to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the performance and management of the assigned commercial portfolio of clients, driving sustainable growth, statutory compliance, operational performance, governance, employee management, and client retention.
  • Manage and develop employees, ensuring the company culture and behaviours are displayed at all times.
  • Collaborate with Workplace Services Commercial Managing Director, other Head of Operations – Sector Heads, and Group Sales to achieve Company targets, develop talent, and present a seamless approach to clients.
  • Deliver a professional and exceptional service to clients in all ventures.
  • Develop high-level customer relationships with existing and potential clients through fully understanding their requirements and demands.
  • Ensure all contract KPI's/SLAs are met, and service payment deductions are fully mitigated.
  • Work collaboratively with portfolio contacts to manage and offer new business activity for all services across the business.
  • Manage and drive through group upsell and cross-sell opportunities to other divisions.
  • Manage portfolio finances to ensure delivery of financial budget and target requirements, with a grasp of risk and opportunity.
  • Attend and contribute to monthly finance reviews with the MD of our workplace services team.
  • Ensure business continuity plans are in place for all contracts.
  • Develop and submit plans for new and existing business, ensuring all contract budgets are formulated bottom-up and are achievable.
  • Ensure performance reviews are undertaken on an annual basis.
