Job Title: Operations Director - Workplace Services

Job Summary:

Bellrock Group is seeking an innovative Operations Director to drive our mission forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the performance and management of our commercial portfolio of clients. This includes driving sustainable growth, statutory compliance, operational performance, governance, employee management, and client retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the performance and management of the assigned commercial portfolio of clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sustainable growth and improve operational performance.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and governance across the portfolio.
  • Manage and develop employees to ensure the company culture and behaviours are displayed at all times.
  • Collaborate with the Workplace Services Commercial Managing Director and other senior leaders to achieve company targets.
  • Deliver a professional and exceptional service to clients in all ventures.
  • Develop and maintain high-level customer relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Manage and drive through group upsell and cross-sell opportunities to other divisions.
  • Manage portfolio finances to ensure delivery of financial budget and target requirements.
  • Attend and contribute to monthly finance reviews with the MD of our workplace services team.
  • Ensure business continuity plans are in place for all contracts.
  • Develop and submit plans for new and existing business as part of the budgeting process.
  • Ensure performance reviews are undertaken on an annual basis.
