Key Responsibilities:
\u2022 Demand Generation: Drive qualified leads to our sales team through targeted outbound efforts, leveraging SDRs, events, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
\u2022 Inbound & Website Optimization: Boost traffic to Hadrian's website via SEM, paid acquisition, SEO, social media, referrals, and other inbound channels, with a focus on converting visitors into qualified leads.
\u2022 Lifecycle Marketing: Nurture leads and users throughout the funnel, aiming to enhance lead quality, drive upgrades, expand revenue, and improve retention rates.
\u2022 Ops & Analytics: Collaborate with GTMOps to manage tools and analytics, ensuring full-funnel growth and optimization across all marketing activities.
\u2022 Leadership: Build and manage the demand generation team, overseeing demand generation, inbound marketing, and lifecycle functions.
\u2022 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure the success of marketing campaigns.
\u2022 Budget Management: Strategically allocate the marketing budget to maximize ROI across various channels, experiments, and investment opportunities.
Requirements:
\u2022 10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role within a high contract value B2B SaaS environment.
\u2022 Passionate about and deeply understand the B2B SaaS cybersecurity landscape.
\u2022 Extensive experience in managing marketing program budgets, forecasting, and team hiring.
\u2022 Proficient in digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
\u2022 Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; additional certifications in demand generation or marketing automation are a plus.
\u2022 Excel at analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to drive growth.
\u2022 Have experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
\u2022 Extensive experience in the cybersecurity sector is essential.
