Elysium Healthcare is seeking a skilled Clinical Care Consultant to join our team in Stoke on Trent, providing neurological rehabilitation and complex care services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing the complex needs of service users and developing tailored treatment plans to support their care goals;
  • Providing guidance and support to staff on matters related to neurological rehabilitation and complex care;
  • Collaborating with our Consultant Psychologist and multi-disciplinary teams (MDTs) to ensure seamless care delivery.

This role requires a deep understanding of neurological rehabilitation and complex care principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
