Digital Product Manager

The Royal Yachting Association (RYA) is seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital strategy, ensuring that our digital tools and systems are efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement our digital strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives
  • Manage and maintain our digital tools and systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and efficient
  • Work with our IT team to ensure seamless integration of digital systems
  • Collaborate with our business stakeholders to understand their digital needs and develop solutions
  • Line manage two direct reports, providing guidance and support to ensure their success

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital product management, with a strong understanding of digital tools and systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools
