Job Title: Digital Product Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to join our team at the Royal Yachting Association. As a Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of our digital tools and systems, their documentation, integrations, and managing them to leverage their efficient use within the RYA through a centralized digital approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with IT and the wider RYA business to ensure the variety of digital tools and systems used across the RYA are efficient and effective.
  • Develop a deep understanding of all our digital tools and systems, their documentation, integrations, and manage them to leverage their efficient use within the RYA.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital product development opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain digital product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Manage digital product development projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence.
