About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to join our team at the Royal Yachting Association (RYA). As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital strategy, ensuring that our digital tools and systems are efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our digital tools and systems, including event management, digital asset management, surveys, hotel booking software, learning management systems, and location selectors.
  • Work with partners and staff to support the technical development of our digital platforms, including our website, DAM, learning management systems, events, etc.
  • Ensure all systems are clearly documented and knowledge is shared across the department and external departments as required.
  • Act as systems super-user for all RYA digital tools and platforms internally.
  • Work across the business on a systems analysis to provide requirements and direction for future development of a single customer view.
  • Ensure all systems operate smoothly, monitoring key systems and aligning with the organisations processes.
  • Line manage two direct reports.
  • Work with Head of Digital to support the implementation of our digital vision and strategy.
  • Analytics and reporting of channel and site success to the wider business with regular established reporting and actionable decisions.
