NVC Security Ltd is currently recruiting for a Mobile Response Officer to join our team.

This is a full-time position working a 4 x On / 4 x Off shift rotation with the opportunity for additional overtime.

As a Mobile Response Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Locking and unlocking premises across Leicester
  • Conducting foot patrols of different sites
  • Responding to alarm activations on an ad-hoc basis
  • Performing other duties as required, such as site visits and liaising with other mobile response units

You will be working primarily in and around Leicestershire, with occasional travel to Nottinghamshire and the wider East Midlands.

Requirements:

  • Valid SIA licence and manual driving licence
  • Good customer service skills
  • Smart appearance and good personal presentation
  • Ability to take charge and make decisions in difficult situations
  • Comfortable with working long hours and night shifts
  • Checkable work history for the previous five years
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Able to work effectively in a team and develop strong team loyalty
  • Good observational skills and ability to take initiative
