Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement People Strategies: Collaborate with our People Director and senior leadership team to develop and implement people strategies for your designated business area, aligned with both departmental and overall business objectives.
  • Strategic Partnership and Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to our leaders and management teams, providing guidance and support in various people domains, including talent management, employee development, performance management, reward and recognition, engagement and culture, employee relations, and internal communications.
  • Organisational Design and Resourcing: Collaborate with leaders to create and implement the right organisational design and resourcing plans and strategies to promote a high-performing, engaged workforce.
  • Employee Retention and Succession Planning: Provide guidance and expertise in employee retention, succession planning, and onboarding, partnering with our Talent Acquisition team to define the right hiring plans and bring the right capabilities into our teams.
  • Performance Management and Culture: Drive a high-performance culture through the performance management process, ensuring clear goal setting, timely feedback, and effective performance discussions supported by appropriate HR tools and resources.
