Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated individual to work as a Mobile Response Officer (Nights) in Leicester. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting patrols of various premises, responding to alarm activations, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises to ensure the safety and security of clients and their assets.
  • Respond to alarm activations in a timely and professional manner, investigating and resolving incidents as necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with other security personnel to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Valid SIA licence and manual driving licence.
  • At least three years' experience in a security role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends, as required.
  • Confident user of mobile apps and reporting software.
