About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aviation Maintenance Specialist to join our team at StandardAero. As a key member of our maintenance operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of our aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of maintenance activities, including routine inspections, repairs, and replacements of aircraft components.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve maintenance targets and goals.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance maintenance efficiency and quality.
  • Support the training and development of other team members to ensure a high level of technical expertise.
Requirements
  • Full compliance and understanding of Quality Management System.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Understanding of Military MRP 145 and associated Regulatory requirements.
  • Suitable engineering qualification in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Previous experience of independent inspections.
  • Cat B or Certifier authorisations.
  • Previous aircraft experience.
