Job Description

We are seeking an experienced sales floor leader to join our team at Halfords. As a Department Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a department, supervising and coaching others to deliver market leading standards to our customers.

You will be a key part of the sales floor leadership team, supporting the store management team to enable the best service delivery to our customers. You will also have some key holder responsibility and will be committed to following all in-store security and stock loss procedures.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of supervising or leading a small team
  • Experience of delivering great customer service ideally in a retail sales or services business environment
  • Experience of delivering on-the-job training/coaching to others
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines
  • A track record of achieving exceptional results against sales targets
