Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Oscar Technology. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) from a service provider standpoint, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.

The Role

As the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading a close-knit team, ensuring SLAs are met across the board, and coordinating internal resources for various projects. You will be comfortable with hands-on analysis, breaking down workload, and doing a lot of people management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a service desk team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues
  • Manage project delivery and coordination of internal resources
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and meet SLAs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles
Requirements
  • Previous experience leading a service desk team
  • Project delivery and management experience, particularly with Azure and O365
  • Leadership and management experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
