Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Huddersfield. As a Technical Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining SLAs from a service provider standpoint, across service desk and project delivery.

The Role

As the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing a close-knit team, ensuring SLAs are met across the board and coordinating internal resources for various projects. You will be comfortable to be hands-on and analyse areas of improvement, breaking down the workload and doing a lot of people management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a service desk team to ensure SLAs are met
  • Manage project delivery and coordination of internal resources
  • Analyse areas of improvement and implement changes
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Requirements
  • Previous experience leading a service desk
  • Project Delivery / Management Experience (Az, O365)
  • Leadership/Management Experience
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
