Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Oscar Associates Limited. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) from a service provider standpoint, across service desk and project delivery. You will lead a close-knit team, ensuring SLAs are met, and coordinate internal resources for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a service desk team to ensure SLAs are met
  • Manage project delivery and coordination of internal resources
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project outcomes
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to achieve project goals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in leading a service desk team
  • Project delivery and management experience, particularly with Azure and O365
  • Leadership and management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
