About the Job

We're seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in data analytics and information management, with advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel data analysis. You'll be responsible for ensuring data integrity, delivering accurate and timely analysis, and providing high-quality insights to support strategic decision-making.

About the Team

Our team is dedicated to creating a sustainable and efficient energy system. As a Business Intelligence Lead, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into valuable insights that drive strategy and performance improvement. You'll also lead efforts to train and support teams in data management and performance best practice.

About You

We're looking for someone with strong analytical skills, a proficiency in analysing large, complex data sets, and experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams. You'll need to be able to influence outcomes in alignment with business goals and present recommendations to a variety of stakeholders. If you're a data-driven decision maker with a passion for business intelligence, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across ESO's business systems
  • Develop dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI
  • Leverage systems to extract, analyse and interpret key business data
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data collection and reporting processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into valuable insights
