Join Our Business Intelligence Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team at Procure4. As a key member of our Business Intelligence team, you will play a crucial role in providing analytical support to our project delivery teams and new business development operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain our online Project Management tool, ensuring accurate tracking of projects from Scoping to Closure.
  • Produce high-quality operational reporting documentation for board meetings.
  • Conduct data analysis for new business presentations and scoping exercises, liaising with Client finance teams as needed.
  • Support Category Leaders in analyzing category-specific data to inform baseline positions, tender documentation, and benefit calculations.
  • Identify and share leading-edge category, sector, or supply chain developments with the team to enhance Procure4's credibility.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in procurement analysis, either in-house or within a consultancy.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups, and IF functions, with a preference for Macro skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and confidently.
  • Strong research skills, with the ability to extract key insights from large datasets.
  • Ability to manage a structured workload amidst changing deadlines and priorities.
