Commissioning Support Coordinator

The Commissioning Support Administrator will provide administrative support to the Public Health Commissioning Team, ensuring a thorough understanding of procedures, protocols, and functions.
Key duties include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders within the work area.
- Handling complex information with discretion.
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Updating and maintaining databases and spreadsheets.
- Managing meeting arrangements and taking minutes.
- Managing shared mailboxes and diaries.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Educated to NVQ 4 level in a relevant subject or equivalent level of qualification.
- Intermediate knowledge of IT systems and software programmes.
- Significant administrative/secretarial experience.
This role is an exciting opportunity to join the NHS team and contribute to the delivery of an effective service supporting ICBs across the East of England.
