About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Jewel Home Support Lancs. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including washing, bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Preparing and serving meals
  • Administering medication
  • Assisting with mobility and daily living tasks
  • Supporting clients to access the community and engage in activities

You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our clients. If you are a caring and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care, we would love to hear from you.
