About the Role:

As a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) at Medacs Healthcare, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional care to patients with various mental health conditions. With a focus on providing tailored support plans and building trusting relationships with patients, you will be responsible for monitoring their physical and mental health, administering medications, and offering emotional support.

  • Provide comprehensive support plans for patients based on their specific diagnosis and needs.
  • Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and social workers to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Advise relatives and carers on patient conditions, treatment, and progress.
  • Conduct regular physical health checks and administer medications as required.
  • Discuss available therapies, support networks, and social activities to improve mental health and wellbeing.
Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NMC Registration.
  • At least 2 years post-graduate experience.
  • 6 months recent NHS experience within the last 3 years.
  • The ability to pass an enhanced background check.
