Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of physiotherapists, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways and effective communication.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with other healthcare providers and stakeholders to ensure effective referral pathways and collaboration.

Requirements:
  • Registered with the Healthcare Professional Council (HCPC) as a physiotherapist.
  • Experience in leading and managing a team of physiotherapists.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
