Physiotherapy Department Head

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapy Manager to join our team at Spire Fylde Coast Hospital. As a Physiotherapy Manager, you will play a key role in leading our physiotherapy department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective physiotherapy services and programs to meet the needs of our patients.
- Lead and manage a team of physiotherapists to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of physiotherapy services and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure the effective use of resources.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Registered with the Healthcare Professional Council.
- Experience of working in a physiotherapy department and managing a team of physiotherapists.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
