About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust. As a Senior Mental Health Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and specialized CBT support to children and young people with complex mental health difficulties.

Main Responsibilities

As a Senior Mental Health Practitioner, your main duties will include:

  • Providing expert assessment, formulation, and evidence-based treatment for young people with complex mental health difficulties.
  • Contributing to the multi-disciplinary approach of the team, providing integrated healthcare across CFHD.
  • Supporting service development and improvement, participating in team meetings, engaging in development opportunities, and staying up to date with the latest research and best practices in child and adolescent mental health.
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential records, adhering to safeguarding protocols, and prioritizing the well-being of children and young people.
