Clinical Operations Lead Position in Exeter

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Lead to join our team at a reputable nursing home in Exeter. The successful candidate will work closely with the Home Manager to oversee the clinical care delivery and ensure the well-being of all residents.

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness in care delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes for residents.
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to manage day-to-day clinical operations, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor nursing staff to enhance their skills and performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including CQC guidelines, and maintain high standards of care and safety.
Key Requirements:
  1. A valid NMC pin and Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN), demonstrating a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  2. Previous experience in a clinical role, ideally within a nursing home or similar care setting, showcasing expertise in care delivery and management, as well as strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  3. A genuine passion for delivering person-centered care to elderly residents, prioritizing their needs and well-being, and a willingness to innovate and improve processes.
  4. Knowledge of CQC regulations and the ability to ensure compliance, upholding the highest standards of care and meeting regulatory requirements.
