In this rewarding role, you'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our Mental Health Care Home Liaison Team, providing expert care and support to those who need it most.

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Job Description

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and delivering tailored care plans to support residents with complex mental health needs

• Providing expert advice and training to care home staff

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery

• Advocating for residents to promote dignity, autonomy, and quality of life

About You

We're looking for a motivated RMN who is:

• NMC registered and qualified as a Mental Health Nurse

• Experienced in mental health nursing at Band 5 or higher

• Confident in decision-making and problem-solving in complex situations

• Skilled in working collaboratively with teams and other care providers

• Passionate about improving mental health outcomes for care home residents
