The successful candidate will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals to coordinate a caseload of service users with complex mental health needs. As a clinical nurse, you will have the opportunity to work within the wellness clinic to deliver physical and mental health interventions.

Key responsibilities include assessing, planning, and initiating care, as well as working under pressure to make timely clinical decisions in conjunction with the MDT. You will also be responsible for providing managerial supervision to junior colleagues, mentoring MDT students, and participating in ongoing educational and research programs.

In addition to your clinical expertise, you will need excellent interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to engage with service users and significant others in busy/high-pressure environments. You should also have a basic awareness of IT and IT skills.
