Becoming a Midwife Practitioner at Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of women and their families. Our team provides antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care to our diverse population across North East London.
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual who can provide high-quality care to our patients. As a Midwife Practitioner, you will be based in the community setting and have the opportunity to practice all aspects of midwifery skills. You will also need to cover the homebirth on-call service, which requires confidence in working alone and as part of a supportive community midwifery team.
Our team operates both traditional community midwifery services and Continuity of Care (CoC) models, offering a unique opportunity to be involved in innovative care pathways. We are committed to safeguarding children and adults at risk, ensuring that our patients receive outstanding care and support throughout their pregnancy, birth, and aftercare.
The estimated salary for this role is £44,000-£52,500 per annum, depending on experience. - Registered Midwife with a Degree in Midwifery or equivalent
- Driving Licence
- NIPE course completed
