Reservations Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Reservations Agent to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for managing reservations and ensuring a seamless booking process for our guests.

Your Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
• Utilise Opera system to accurately process bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
• Assist guests with inquiries regarding room availability, rates, and hotel amenities.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and preferences.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with Opera (including blocks essential).
• Experience as a Reservations Agent or in a similar role within hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
