About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Café and Chef Manager to join our team at HANA GROUP UK LIMITED. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen and café operations, ensuring high-quality food products, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage the kitchen and café operations, ensuring high-quality food products and excellent customer service.
  2. Develop and implement menu plans, recipes, and food preparation procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  3. Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  4. Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  5. Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  6. Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in food service management.
  2. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  5. Knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe environment.
