Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Talent Development Manager to join our team and drive organisational performance through effective talent management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing talent strategies that deliver business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team and Members to develop and implement our People Strategy.
- Lead the development and delivery of learning and development initiatives, including training and coaching.
- Embed our corporate values into organisational culture to promote a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years' experience in talent development roles, preferably in a local government setting.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and pedagogy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer:
- An estimated salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
