Surgical Technologist Resident Opportunities

Job Type: Per Diem

Shift: Days

Location: Warwick, RI

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist Resident to join our team at Care New England Health System. As a resident, you will assist in surgical procedures, handle instrumentation, and anticipate the needs of surgeons while maintaining aseptic techniques.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent patient care. In this training position, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and competencies required of the Surgical Technologist Resident position.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in surgical procedures under supervision
  • Handle instrumentation and equipment
  • Anticipate the needs of surgeons
  • Maintain aseptic techniques to AORN standards
