Executive Sales Manager

As a seasoned Hospitality Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth at our Surrey-based venue. Your primary focus will be on managing events of all sizes and backgrounds, ensuring seamless execution from initial enquiry to final delivery.
We are offering a competitive salary of up to £40,000, depending on your experience, and a 45-hour working week. If you have a passion for sales and a commercial awareness of the local market, we encourage you to apply.
Key responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day management of the Sales and Events Office, overseeing event enquiries and planning across Conference and Banqueting, Weddings, Wakes, Christmas Parties, and more.
- Developing new sales strategies and offers to drive revenue growth.
- Preparing sales reports for presentation to senior management, providing accurate insight into sales performance.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience in the hotel industry is essential.
- Commercially aware with a good understanding of the local market.
- Creative approach to work with the ability to develop new ideas from concept to execution.
