Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Governance
- Work closely with the Theatre Manager and Clinical Leaders to ensure comprehensive governance and training are maintained.
- Demonstrate Nuffield behaviours framework and inspire colleagues to do the same.
- Patient Care
- Ensure the patient perioperative journey is a positive one, with clinical safety being at the core of everything we do.
- Enjoy a varied caseload with state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and facilities.
- Team Collaboration
- Interact well with colleagues on the ward, understanding that continuity in patient care is key.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Registration with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC).
- Post-registration experience in a senior clinical role.
- Excellent clinical skills and the drive to remain current in your knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
As a Senior Theatre Practitioner at Nuffield Health, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with access to state-of-the-art facilities and technology. We offer a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including:
- A 'Golden Hello' bonus of £3,000.
- Up to £44,000.00 per annum depending on experience.
