About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Nuffield Health Cheltenham Hospital. As a Senior Theatre Practitioner, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in our theatres.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Governance
    • Work closely with the Theatre Manager and Clinical Leaders to ensure comprehensive governance and training are maintained.
    • Demonstrate Nuffield behaviours framework and inspire colleagues to do the same.
  • Patient Care
    • Ensure the patient perioperative journey is a positive one, with clinical safety being at the core of everything we do.
    • Enjoy a varied caseload with state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and facilities.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Interact well with colleagues on the ward, understanding that continuity in patient care is key.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC).
  • Post-registration experience in a senior clinical role.
  • Excellent clinical skills and the drive to remain current in your knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.

  • A 'Golden Hello' bonus of £3,000.
  • Up to £44,000.00 per annum depending on experience.
