About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Nuffield Health Cheltenham Hospital. As a key member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety in the operating theatre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Theatre Manager and Clinical Leaders to maintain comprehensive governance and training
  • Demonstrate Nuffield behaviours framework and inspire colleagues to do the same
  • Ensure the patient perioperative journey is a positive one, with clinical safety at the core of everything we do
  • Enjoy a varied caseload with state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and facilities
  • Interact well with colleagues on the ward, understanding the importance of continuity in patient care
