About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Nuffield Health Cheltenham Hospital. As a key member of our perioperative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our theatres and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Theatre Manager and Clinical Leaders to maintain comprehensive governance and training
  • Demonstrate Nuffield behaviours framework and inspire colleagues to adopt the same standards
  • Ensure the patient perioperative journey is a positive and safe experience
  • Manage a varied caseload with access to state-of-the-art technology and facilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues on the ward to ensure continuity of patient care
