Business Development Manager

About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will drive sales of both stock and custom-designed moulded fibre products across the UK. This role focuses on expanding reach across various industries, replacing traditional packaging with sustainable alternatives. The ideal candidate will have deep industry expertise and a proven track record in developing new business accounts and enhancing revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Sales Growth: Implement and evolve sales strategies to increase market share for moulded fibre products.
• Client Relationship Management: Forge new client relationships and nurture existing ones with innovative packaging solutions.
• Market Insights: Conduct research and analysis to stay ahead of market trends and competitor movements.
• Collaborative Initiatives: Partner with internal teams to ensure aligned and compelling product offerings.
• Performance Metrics: Track sales activities and outcomes, providing regular performance reports.
• Sustainability Advocacy: Champion sustainable packaging, educating stakeholders on its benefits.
Qualifications:
• Extensive experience in sales or business development within the sustainable packaging industry, specifically Moulded Fibre, Pulp and Corrugate.
• Demonstrated success in opening and growing new business accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
