Role Overview

As a key member of the Jago Consultants team, the Finance Planning and Analysis Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth and success. This position requires a highly skilled and experienced professional who can analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and develop strategic recommendations to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate financial planning and analysis activities to ensure accurate financial results and maintain a robust internal controls environment.
  • Support the invoicing and collections process, as well as other transactional activities, to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
  • Drive continuous improvement of financial systems, processes, controls, and policies to optimize business performance.
  • Lead the development and implementation of sales forecasts and pipeline management strategies to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience, with an MBA preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a history of business partnership.
  • Advanced Microsoft Suite and Excel skills, with experience in QAD and Adaptive a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Health Care/NHS accounting and processes.
