FP&A Controller

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Controller to join our team at TD SYNNEX Europe Services and Operations S.L.U. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and consolidating all aspects of Financial Planning and Analysis, as well as challenging the business on forecasts and plans submitted.
Main Responsibilities- Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Forecasting Process: Develop and maintain the AOP and forecasting process, ensuring accurate and timely financial planning and analysis.
- Summary Schedules and KPIs: Produce summary schedules and key performance indicators (KPIs) for use in the business, providing insights into financial performance and trends.
- Board Presentation Packs: Prepare comprehensive board presentation packs to accompany forecasts, ensuring clear and concise communication of financial information.
- Consolidation and Forecasting: Consolidate and input to the internal weekly forecast and the formal fortnightly quarterly outlook for Group, ensuring accurate and timely financial planning and analysis.
- Daily Management Reports: Deliver daily management reports, providing real-time financial information and insights to support business decision-making.
- Monthly ABC Reporting: Manage monthly ABC reporting on customer and vendor profitability for internal and Group use, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
- Model P&Ls for Strategic Planning: Prepare model profit and loss statements for key strategic planning, providing insights into financial performance and trends.
- Accounting Qualification: Qualified accountant with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.
- Finance Experience: Previous finance department experience in medium/large business or audit experience, with a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis.
- Controlling Experience: Controlling experience (business-related) with a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis.
- Modeling Skills: Strong modeling skills, with experience in developing and maintaining financial models.
- Detailed-Oriented: Detailed-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills, with experience in presenting financial information to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Strong Excel experience and SAP/Access knowledge, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data.
- Multi-Tasking: Able to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment, with a strong focus on prioritization and time management.
- Proactive: Proactive with a strong focus on identifying and mitigating financial risks.
